  8. 8) How do you plan on marketing my property?
  9. 9) What kind of advertising do you do?
  10. 10) Will there be a lockbox on my property?
  11. 11) When will my property be shown to buyers?
  12. 12) Will you hold Open Houses?
  13. 13) What if the buyer uses a buyer agent?
  14. 14) How do I know if the buyer is offering a fair price?
  15. 15) How do I know if the buyer can financially qualify to buy my property?
  16. 16) Do you work with a mortgage consultant to help the buyer qualify?
  17. 17) What will a home inspector look for in my property?
  18. 18) What can go wrong after a buyer buys my property?
  19. 19) Will there be a lawyer to protect my rights and property?
  20. 20) How can I co-ordinate my move with the purchase of my next home?
